Each application is different, and lender requirements can sometimes differ. If you do not have all the required documents available, you should submit what you have to hand when requested. This will help us to keep you application moving. We are on hand to support you through the process. In the event you are having difficulty supplying anything, please let us know.

This will depend on the type of finance, but typically you will need to provide details about the property, your income and finances, identification documents and information on how you plan to repay the loan.

Timescales vary depending on the product and complexity of the case. Some short-term finance such as a bridging loan can be arranged quickly, while standard commercial or residential mortgages may take several weeks from application to completion.

Any fees will be clearly explained and agreed before you progress with your loan application.
